This Privacy Policy has been created to provide information about our company, our website, our mobile applications and the services we provide (collectively the "Services") to our visitors and users ("you" and/or "your"). This Privacy Policy sets forth RocketBlocks' policy with respect to information, including personal data ("Personal Data") and other information, that is collected from visitors and users of the Services.

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: When you do things like sign up for an account, send us a question, or respond to a survey, you provide us with Personal Data and other information. This is all information you voluntarily provide.

Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. RocketBlocks may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by RocketBlocks's affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of users of our Services, the number of visitors to each page of our website and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.

Aggregated Personal Data: We may also aggregate Personal Data; for example, we might add up the total number of users who have signed up for an account with us. Once we aggregate that information, it no longer contains any Personal Data ("Aggregated Data"). RocketBlocks may share Aggregate Data with its affiliates, agents, business partners, or other third parties for other lawful purposes, including to describe our services to current and prospective business partners.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information

RocketBlocks is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. Service Providers: We will share your Personal Data with certain service providers who are working with us in connection with the operation of the Services. You can visit the Services without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain RocketBlocks Services.

Certain information is required to provide individualized services to each user of our mobile application. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you will not be able to use our services.

Exclusions

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by RocketBlocks other than Personal Data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to RocketBlocks through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as discussion forums (collectively, "Public Areas"), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, "Unsolicited Information"). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and RocketBlocks shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.

Children

RocketBlocks does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children not to use the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to RocketBlocks through the Services, please contact us at the address provided below.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by RocketBlocks (the "Third Party Sites"). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that RocketBlocks endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

Security

RocketBlocks takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to RocketBlocks via the Internet.

EU-US Privacy Shield

RocketBlocks is self-certified with the EU-US privacy shield. RocketBlocks complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. RocketBlocks has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. RocketBlocks has further committed to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact the EU DPAs for more information or to file a complaint. The services of EU DPAs are provided at no cost to you.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, RocketBlocks commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Our organization is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Under certain conditions, an individual can invoke binding arbitration.
