You should carefully read the policy below. Here are a few key points:
When you use Rocketblocks, we collect some information about you and your use of our products. This includes some Personal Data. Here's what we collect:
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: When you do things like sign up for an account, send us a question, or respond to a survey, you provide us with Personal Data and other information. This is all information you voluntarily provide.
We also automatically collect certain information when you use the Services, such as a device identifier (but not the UDID), Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system and your activity on the Services. This information is treated as Personal Data if it is combined with or linked to any of the Personal Data mentioned above.
Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with RocketBlocks through the Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. RocketBlocks may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by RocketBlocks's affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of users of our Services, the number of visitors to each page of our website and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.
Aggregated Personal Data: We may also aggregate Personal Data; for example, we might add up the total number of users who have signed up for an account with us. Once we aggregate that information, it no longer contains any Personal Data ("Aggregated Data"). RocketBlocks may share Aggregate Data with its affiliates, agents, business partners, or other third parties for other lawful purposes, including to describe our services to current and prospective business partners.
RocketBlocks is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Legal Requirements: RocketBlocks may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iii) protect against legal liability.
You can visit the Services without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain RocketBlocks Services.
Certain information is required to provide individualized services to each user of our mobile application. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you will not be able to use our services.
RocketBlocks takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to RocketBlocks via the Internet.
RocketBlocks has further committed to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact the EU DPAs for more information or to file a complaint. The services of EU DPAs are provided at no cost to you.
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, RocketBlocks commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Individuals in the European Union with inquiries or complaints regarding our Private Shield policy should first contact support at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our organization is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Under certain conditions, an individual can invoke binding arbitration. We will disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In addition, our organization retains liability in cases of onward transfers to third parties.
Your access to and use of the Services is subject to the Terms of Service.
To keep your Personal Data accurate, current, and complete, or to request that we delete it, please contact us as specified below. We will take reasonable steps to update, correct, or delete Personal Data in our possession that you have previously submitted via the Services if requested via email to our Support team at email@example.com.
