Our mission

Our mission is to launch your career.

It's a simple formula: your work ethic + our preparation tools power job interview success. We believe that top-notch interview preparation should be available to all, regardless of income, education or pedigree.

Our platform is built on one principle: learn by doing. If you bring the elbow grease, we'll bring the tools. And whatever skills you need to build before interview day - whether it's tearing through break-even problems or structuring nebulous business problems, we've got you covered.

Roll up your sleeves: it's launch day!

  • Proficient in back-end technologies such as MySQL and PHP
  • Familiar with AWS technologies (EC2, S3, etc), Stripe and excited to learn more
  • Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial: interest and/or experience in starting and seeing through initiatives (whether it's a side project, philanthropy event, company, etc.)
  • Reliable: a track record of delivering on promises
Bonus Points
  • Interest / experience in user experience and design
  • Experience in the education / careers vertical
  • Experience with jQuery, Bootstrap
Benefits
  • Work remotely, from wherever you're most comfortable (in the US)
  • Health, dental and vision coverage
  • Unlimited use of all our skill-building products

We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer and a pleasant and supportive place to work.
