Overview

PopHotel launched a new property in White Plains in December. After two strong opening months, February is underperforming with only 82% of revenue target booked one week before month-end. Leadership is concerned they might miss the forecast, but need that confirmed, and if so wants to know the causes and lessons learned. Candidates must assess pricing vs. occupancy tradeoffs, diagnose the shortfall, and recommend what adjustments management should make going forward.
