My management consultant experience spans across multiple regions and industries, and I’ve spent the past several years leading large-scale transformation programs and coaching teams at Kearney.
My coaching approach is rooted in first principles thinking. I focus on the underlying fundamentals of great case performance, not shortcuts. My top CliftonStrength is Individualisation; I work closely with candidates to understand how they think, where they shine, and what is holding them back. I tailor each session to their unique learning style and potential.
I know from personal experience that case interviews can be highly stressful. That is why I take a holistic approach. I help candidates strengthen both the technical and the human sides of casing, from structured analysis to clear communication to maintaining composure under pressure. My goal is to identify the highest impact opportunities that will raise confidence and performance before the next interview.
I believe the best candidates succeed by being the best version of themselves. There are many casing styles that work, and you do not need to imitate someone else. I work with candidates to uncover their authentic strengths so they can bring a confident and compelling unique value proposition to their target firm.
If you want a coach who will invest in your growth with clarity, empathy, and a tailored approach, I would be glad to work with you.

My principles for Case Interview prep:
1. Build from first principles - Understand the logic behind frameworks, not just the frameworks themselves. Clear thinking built on fundamentals always outperforms memorized templates.
2. Treat structure as a mindset, not a script - Great structure comes from how you break down problems, communicate your thinking, and adapt to new information in a natural way.
3. Focus on high impact improvements - Small tweaks do not move the needle. Identify the two or three skill gaps that matter most and build confidence by improving them first.
4. Practice as yourself - Do not copy other candidates. Bring your authentic communication style, problem solving strengths, and leadership presence into your cases so you stand out for the right reasons.
5. Balance performance and poise - Case interviews test reasoning and composure. Learn to stay calm, listen well, and maintain steady energy under pressure. Clear thinking follows a calm mind.
