Mike McGee currently serves as the COO of Alvita Care, where he leads the development of the long-term vision and operating model, along with the execution of transformational initiatives. Previously, Mike worked at Bain & Company, as a Senior Manager in the Atlanta office. During his time at Bain, Mike has focused on large scale transformations for industrial and tech companies, and has conducted several due diligences as part of Bain's private equity practice. Prior to Bain, Mike served in the Army for 6 years as an Infantry officer. Mike held a variety of roles during his service, including a year as an analyst at the Combating Terrorism Center, a deployment to Southern Afghanistan as a platoon leader, and a deployment to Eastern Afghanistan as a member of a special operations unit. Mike is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, and earned his MBA in Finance from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
