Aron Kirschner is a business operations and analytics leader with over 15 years of experience. He currently leads business operations and analytics at Swing Education, a marketplace for substitute teachers. Prior to Swing he held key roles at Lyft, including Head of Science and Analytics for the Autonomous and Garage teams, Head of Strategy and Analytics for Global Operations, and Head of Business Performance. In these roles, Aron led large teams and managed critical business functions, such as analytics, planning, and strategic initiatives.
Previously, he served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at TerraVia, focusing on corporate strategy. Aron started his career in management strategy consulting at Monitor Group. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley) and a BA in Economics with Honors from Stanford University.
