I’m Akshata Prabhu, and I'm the Director of Metis House, my solo consulting practice. I work with leading consumer brands and investors across the US, EMEA, and APAC, advising on growth, operating models, and investment strategy.
Before going independent, I was a Manager at Bain & Company, where I led 20+ commercial due-diligences and advised Fortune 500 clients on large-scale transformation and strategic planning.
During my time at Bain, I led recruitment for one of Bain’s priority campuses. That meant I was deeply involved in every step of the process: resume shortlisting, event evaluations, buddy calls, and case interviews.
